Twelve improvised explosive devices were discovered in the Halal Food Industrial Estate, located in the Panare district of Pattani province, southern Thailand. The devices were hidden inside three factory buildings. The explosive devices were found in steel boxes and equipped with digital countdown timers. Among the seized components were ANFO-type explosives, detonators, wires, and metal fragments. Following the discovery, police, bomb disposal experts, and canine units conducted a thorough search of the area using drones. The area was cordoned off for security. All discovered explosive devices were successfully defused. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Authorities have not yet named any suspected perpetrators.
