Three people injured in a road accident involving two motorcycles and a car in Phuket

On the morning of March 23, a road accident occurred on the busy Srisoonthorn Rd., connecting Bang Tao Beach with the center of Phuket Island. The collision of two motorcycles and a car resulted in injuries to three people. According to preliminary information, the incident took place around 9:00 AM near The Title Villa Kirara construction site and the Nature's Rest showroom. It is reported that the driver of a red Mazda sedan, traveling towards the Heroines Monument, caused the collision. As a result of the accident, one of the motorcycles (Honda PCX) and its driver ended up under the car. The second motorcycle, carrying a man and a woman, fell separately. All three injured individuals – two men and one woman – were urgently hospitalized. Two of them were taken to Thalang Hospital, and one to Vachira Phuket Hospital. As of 5:00 PM, no fatalities have been reported as a result of the accident. Thalang police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. It should be noted that Thambon Srisoonthorn, where the accident occurred, is known as one of the areas in Phuket with a high rate of road accidents.
