Thailand's Immigration Bureau has issued entry denials to over 24,000 foreign nationals since the beginning of the year.

Thailand's Immigration Bureau reported that since the beginning of the year, nearly 25,000 entry denials have been issued to foreign nationals. The report, published on June 4, states that these decisions were made based on compelling reasons indicating that admitting these individuals into the country could pose a threat to order and legality. As part of this effort, more than 600 foreigners whose stay contradicted the nature of their visas and permits were deported from the country. The report also emphasizes the proactive work of the Immigration Bureau in preventing undesirable situations. The agency mentions the "Three No's" (Sam Mai) concept, which, according to the statement, has been implemented since the beginning of 2026. General Kittirat Phanphet, head of the Royal Thai Police, has ordered all personnel to intensify efforts against illegal migration and visa violations.
